SCULPT MAT PILATES
Sculpt at Uplift is a mat-based 45 minute workout combining the principles of pilates with strength training and stability work. The class utilizes strategic props such as hand weights, resistance bands, and other tools to add intensity, and you can expect a full-body workout with each class.

Welcome to our high energy, results-driven, strength & conditioning workout here at Uplift! This is true small group training with an emphasis on perfect form, progressive overload, & community building. This is made for ANY LEVEL of fitness & we recommend bringing a partner!
