  • After six surgeries and years of managing Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I discovered how truly life-changing strength training can be. It gave me back control over my body, reduced my pain, and helped me feel strong in ways I never thought possible.

My mission is to show people that strength training isn’t just for athletes — it’s for anyone who wants to rebuild confidence, resilience, and strength from the inside out.
