Dr. Caroline Addington received her Masters and PhD from the School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering at Arizona State University. She then held a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Center for Brain Immunology and Glia at University of Virginia before finding her life's purpose in the fitness industry and founding Well & Strong Training Co. Caroline is deeply passionate about helping women cultivate resilience, agency and bodily autonomy through strength training. Her training style is a mix of powerlifting, bodybuilding and high intensity interval training. Despite the serious credentials, Caroline is a complete goofball and is often told she feels like sunshine in human form :)

Hannah has been in the training world since 2016, starting as a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Charlottesville. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia. Inspired by interning with athletic training staff at St. Anne’s-Belfield, the University of Richmond, and UVA, she decided to further her education, obtaining her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences - Florida.
She splits her time working at a sports medicine clinic in Charlottesville, specializing in athletic recovery and optimization and sports injury, and at Uplift as a personal trainer, keen in helping athletes and active individuals perform their athletic endeavors pain free and optimally. She is passionate about improving capacity and confidence in human movement with each one of her clients.
