After six surgeries and years of managing Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I discovered how truly life-changing strength training can be. It gave me back control over my body, reduced my pain, and helped me feel strong in ways I never thought possible.
Now, I use that same knowledge and experience to help others — especially women who are navigating health challenges or just feeling stuck in their fitness journey. My mission is to show people that strength training isn’t just for athletes — it’s for anyone who wants to rebuild confidence, resilience, and strength from the inside out.
-
I help clients build lean muscle, improve body composition, and gain true strength, inside and out. My approach combines evidence-based training with progressive overload and proper technique to create lasting results.
-
I specialize in helping clients who are rebuilding after injury, surgery, or chronic health challenges. Whether you’re managing pain, working alongside medication, or reintroducing strength into your life, I guide you safely through the process so you can feel empowered again.
-
As a weight loss specialist I take a sustainable approach, no extreme diets or burnout routines. My goal is to help you lose fat, build muscle, and develop healthy habits that fit your lifestyle for the long term.

Professional level strength and conditioning is no longer reserved for the elite. With tailored training towards key performance indicators needed for each sport, you can expect your sport-specific training to be enhanced by improving your aerobic base, power output, strength and stability, and movement efficiency.
-
Physical therapy and chiropractic care typically stops at pain relief. Rehab is on the same spectrum as training. More often than not, people are underloaded and never progressed back to levels that they were capable of before, leading to disappointment or re-injury. With proper coaching, knowledge of biomechanics, and progressive overload, you can expect to actually get out of pain, restore function, and return to sport or life better than before.
-
You no longer have to choose to be strong or enduring. Training consists of several forms of strength variations from traditional strength training to hypertrophy to athletic performance. In addition, your engine will be built by targeting all energy systems in various modalities, increasing power output and aerobic capacity. With hybrid training, you become the ultimate athlete.
