With 13 years of daily ashtanga yoga practice, thousands of hours in the gym, and a whole lot of trial and error, Wade coaches clients 1:1 to build movement practices that support life without pain. After starting yoga as a student at UVA (Class of 2016), he’s traveled the country and world learning and sharing this practice.
Now based again in Charlottesville, Wade seeks to combine functional strength training, mobility work, and breath-centric yoga for healthy living. Drawing from evidence-based approaches in sports nutrition and habit building, his work integrates various forms of movement to create resilience that fits your life. The goal is simple: mobility is freedom, built through small, consistent steps.
